PeanutButter, ChocolateChip, & Nutella Muffins..

Hello lovely people C=

-

This a recipe I created for

PeanutButter, ChocolateChip, & Nutella Muffins..

and a couple of people wanted it, so I decided to share C=

*This is just a homemade recipe, so it isn't really perfected and tested 100 times
this has only been made once, so this is the first time its been made*

These can also be made into cookies, I'll show you how..

Ingredients:

1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder (1/2 teaspoon baking soda if you want cookies)
1/3 cup soft brown sugar (you may use white but I prefer brown - especially if they were cookies)
1 cup chocolate chips
(here I used chopped galaxy,
you may use whatever you like
and in the amount you see fit)
1 egg
1 cup peanut butter
60 grams butter (1 stick of butter is 100 grams, so a little over the center)
3/4 cup milk (a little more "1 cup" if you are using chunky peanut butter)
Nutella - as needed
Nuts and raisins as to your liking - or you may skip them :)

Mix the flour, sugar, chocolate (& nuts if using) and baking powder
(or baking soda for cookies) in a bowl..
Then in a separate bowl
(I use a liquid measuring cup for this one,
makes it easier to transfer)
Mix the peanutbutter
egg
milk
and butter

Make a well in the flour mixture, and add the liquids.

Mix well, but do NOT overmix

Finally add them into cupcake trays,
(I made them really thin, cause its extremely heavy)
if you would like to add the Nutella in the center
just make a well and put in around 1/4 of a tablespoon in each cup
Then close it up..

(because everyone deserves a happy surprise in life)

for muffins:
Bake at 180*C for 20-25mins
for cookies:
Bake at 180*C for 10-15mins..
just make sure to take them out when they are still soft.

Makes around
12-15 Muffins
32 Cookies

Don't forget to share !!
