Heey guys !!
Looking through my stream, I realized that I had a crappy levitation tutorial..
it was very rushed !!
so now I am doing a better one..

For every levitation shot, you should always use a tripod (or a table)
the idea is that the camera doesn't change place.
you take the picture of your subject and where you want her/him to be
( use a stool, table, chair if necessary) and take a picture of the background free of any clutter
after that, put them over each other and use a layer mask to erase the cushion
or just use an eraser
(layer mask is the grey square with white circle in the middle, use a brush
to either erase or restore your image.
remember: black erases, white restores)
After erasing, I realized it was impossible to salvage the foot, it was too squished
to the cushion to look real.
so i just erased it and reconstructed it from the other foot
Then came the butterflies and exposure adjustment.
A black/white gradient map for B&W
And 'S' curves layer for more contrast
Then a vignetting..
and voila !
