Transportation.

This was easy to make, just a little long, so I wont do screenshots.

basically what I did was change the color of the sky by adding a photo filter

solid brown color set to color dodge

and some color balance.

Then came the balloons which is my own stock.

(these are originally one balloon that is red.)

I desaturated it, lighten it, then copied and resized it.

I copied the "new" sky layer over the balloons,

set it to overlay then set a layer mask and masked out all the sky except on the balloons

this makes them less opaque.

Finally, I added some textures and some desaturation.

and viola !
